The second is our made to measure service where you can purchase anything from our ready to wear collection and have it tailored to fit your needs by maybe changing the fabric, colour, lining , detailing etc. The collection features new silhouettes with touches of elegance. The pencil skirt is given a new twist with featured seam panels; 40’s cut dresses are brought right up to date with details on the bodice; the fitted jacket is tailored to highlight the waist with added detail on the sleeve; shirts are simple and feminine and coats sumptuous and classic. The use of colour is a key element in the Claudette Joseph collections with  rich warm tones of fuchsia pink, deep wine, crimson red and orange that are impregnated with punchy citrus shades of bright yellow and chartreuse green, all blended together with midnight blue, graphite grey, duck egg blue and royal blue.

 

The Claudette Joseph collection uses only the finest of fabrics. Pure new wool, cashmeres, silks and  wool crepe all play a dominate role in this collection for their versatility, comfort and  soft drape handle. The beautiful wool/cashmere blends are ideal for the coats and jackets, keeping out those cold winters chills, and the softest of silks are perfect for the feminine shirts and blouses.

 

Having worked for a number of years in the fashion industry as a designer for Arcadia and at Jasper Conran and Jean Muir, the Claudette Joseph aesthetic was firmly rooted. Launching her label and selling at boutique shows and in specialist designer fairs has enabled the Claudette  Joseph label to reach a worldwide clientele.
